How to Post

Adding or Editing Posts functions much the same as Pages, however there is some additional information you need to enter.

  1. You can change the presentation of your posts by setting up Format.
  2. You will also need to assign the post to a category which will affect where and when the post appears on the website.
  3. On the right hand side underneath the Categories module you can add Tags to your post. Tags are like keywords that visitors may use to search for related articles. For example, adding the tag “wedding” to a catering article and a photography article may help your visitors find related content on your website.
  4. There is also an option to add a Featured Image to your post.

You can preview and edit posts in the same way as you do for pages. When you want to publish or save your changes click on the Publish or Update button.

How To Setup Email

Here is a how-to for setting up Email on’s servers.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings

Username:Your Email
Password:Use the email account’s password.

  • IMAP: Port 993
  • POP3: Port 995

  • SMTP: Port 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Non-SSL Settings

Username:Your Email
Password:Use the email account’s password.

  • IMAP: Port 143
  • POP3: Port 110

  • SMTP: Port 587
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

*Please input your url here:  Example –

  • IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application. Messages that have been read/deleted/replied to will show up as such, both on the server and in the mail application.
  • POP3 does not coordinate with the server. Messages marked as read/deleted/replied to in the mail application will not show up as such on the server. This means that future mail downloads with POP3 will show all messages as unread.
  • Outgoing mail is sent using SMTP.
  • We recommend using POP3 over SSL/TLS or IMAP over SSL/TLS since they provide increased security for your interactions with the remote mail server.
