Do not slouch, but stand up and sit up straight while you are in a conversation. Maintaining eye contact gives out the sign of a positive and confident attitude. Show confidence and self-esteem by the way you walk, talk and move with your clients. Do not get sucked into a negative conversation, stay positive!
