Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You confirm any phone number provided belongs to you.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not responsible for outages caused by:

  • Third-party infrastructure providers

  • Hosting failures

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, logos, and platforms provided by Rev Marketing 2U, Inc. are the sole property of the company or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reuse, distribute, or modify our content or branding without written permission.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Virginia.
