The 2020 Marketing Plan

So 2020 is here, and you are probably wondering what the next “big thing” is for marketing. If not, you really should be. Well, let us start with Strategic Marketing. Your Strategic Marketing Plan defines goals and determines which marketing tactics you will use to reach your customers. This includes content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, advertising, and traditional offline marketing. It then lays out a plan for how every part of the organization will be involved in these tactics.

To put it simply, the marketing strategy is no longer only the responsibility of your marketing company. Instead, Strategic Marketing transformations recognize this and ensure that the brand, company reputation, customer relations, and customer experience as a whole are considered in every single business activity.

Improvements in tech such as AI, combined with increased data and insights from social media, have made it possible and easy to greatly personalize everything!

The final thing we will mention here is Voice Search. We have all seen people using talk-to-text in those hard to decipher messages we get. Alexa, Siri, and Genie are digital assistants that have become very useful when doing searches online. It is essential to consider the way people speak in these searches to allow for better-written content on your site.
